After the panel discussion, the audience at the Fulbright Friendsgiving Forum was entertained with a skit presented by seven current Fulbrighters. The script was prepared by Zane Emilija, a first-year PhD student from Latvia, who also became the narrator for the skit. Senator Fulbright was played by Regis Koumba, a Master student in Agricultural Economics, Poland was played by Andre Grant, a PhD student from Jamaica, Bulgaria was played by Hatidza Jahic, a visiting scholar from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania was played Tanny Chavez, a Master student from Ecuador, Austria was played by Willy Mulimbi, a Master student from Congo, and President Truman was played by Febriyanti Lestari. The story was purely a fiction, but Zane quoted one or two lines from real statement of Senator J. William Fulbright. The story was led to the signing of Fulbright Act by President Truman, which is relevant to the celebration of the #Fulbright70 anniversary this year. Hatidza Jahic said that she really enjoyed being part of the skit. It was her first performance on stage after a long time. The last time she did it in high school in her home country. She praised Zane, Tanny, and Jesus who did a great job preparing for this performance.
