Northwest Arkansas Electronics Recycling Event 2013

The recycling event took place on the Arvest Ballpark located in Springdale. The activity consisted on picking up the recycling material that was brought by the members of the community and help to put them in the boxes provided by the recycling team

Devil’s Den Clean Up 2013

On September of 2013, FSUA collaborated with the Devil’s Den State Park Lee Clean Up activity. This activity is of great importance because the Lee Creek is a source of drinking water; also the surrounding areas are used by families for outdoor recreation. This activity encouraged FSUA members to interact with each other and the members of the community, developing new friendships and memories that promote mutual understanding amongst nations across the globe.

Collaboration with United Way Summer 2013

 On the summer of 2013, FSUA collaborated with United Way of Northwest Arkansas where the goal was to help collect school supplies for children in need. When participating in such charitable causes, you are given the opportunity to engage with your community. You spend a few hours of your time and the outcome of your actions are truly rewarding.

Collaboration with the Food Pantry 2012

The FSUA promotes the participation of the members in outreach activities such as volunteering. During 2012, FSUA collaborated with the Full Circle Food Pantry of the U of A. The pantry is a group that provides food assistance to all the members of the U of A community.
