Dinner with a Doctor + Induction – Recap

We had a fantastic time at Dinner with a Doctor where we got first hand advice from the Associate Dean at UAMS Northwest, Dr. Linda Worley. She gave us insight on how to avoid getting “burnt out” while being a doctor, how to handle the stresses that come with being a doctor, and most importantly how to get into Medical School to become a doctor. We also were introduced to AED’s new President Amrit Kannan and Vice President Jennie Finch, and elected the new executive team.

Medical Book Series – Recap

We had an amazing turnout for the second edition of our Medical Book Series!  We will be discussed the book What Doctors Feel by Dr. Danielle Ofri, and the resulting conversations were informative and insightful.  Please make sure to join us next semester for the third edition of this very popular event!
