What We Do

We Make Our Members Better Engineers

SAE offers a unique experience to gain invaluable experience in the world of engineering. The organization does not solely focus on automotive science, but rather increasing the knowledge, technical ability, and marketability of our members. By offering a wide range of opportunities, our members have the chance to chose what they want to participate in.

Fast Track to SAE Mini Baja Project

SAE’s main project is the Mini Baja senior design project. By being an active member of SAE, you increase your chance of being on the Baja Team for your senior year. You will have opportunities to learn and be involved with the team throughout the year, giving you invaluable experience. All of this lends itself to being on the Baja team, a project that all employers respect, and love to see involvement with.
