This year Phillips 66 is implementing a new recruiting software on campus. They will have iPads set up during the career fair and BAP Meet the Employers. Each student must log in and complete a short form before speaking with recruiters.

If a student would like to log in & complete the profile before the career fairs, it will expedite the check in process. Logging in before the events will also allow for the upload of a resume (recruiters will NOT be taking resumes at the recruiting events). Once the initial log in is complete, the student will only have to check in by email at the career fairs or any other event that P66 may have on campus in the future.
