Community service hours will be communicated to members in our weekly email newsletter as well as through the use of our website. Community service hours will be a mix of donations as well as service projects performed as a chapter. Each academic semester, candidates and members are allowed to record up to a maximum of five outside professional hours and five outside community service hours. Community service events being advertised by our chapter communications will count towards inside hours, but each student can receive credit for outside hours earned for other events by submitting proper documentation to our Reporting Secretary.

5.  Candidate and Membership Dues

In order to maintain candidate and membership status, you must successfully pay dues to the Treasurer each semester. If dues are not paid on time, you will incur a $10.00 late fee and if you are a candidate, your initiation will be postponed. This semester we are utilizing CASHNet. Check out our dues page for the link!

  • Candidate Dues: $85.00
  • Member Dues: $45.00

Dues pay for your membership fee to the Beta Alpha Psi National Office and allow our chapter to host all of our events and provide scholarships to our members year after year.
