We are pleased to invite you to Kansas City, Mo. and the NSBE 43rd Annual Convention.

This is where it happens. As the premier event for Black STEM talent, the NSBE Annual Convention attracts the best and brightest engineering students and professionals from around the globe.

On March 29–April 2, 2017, nearly 10,000 current and future engineers and technologists will convene
at the Kansas City Convention Center for professional and leadership development, technical training, networking, and job opportunities. Be sure you’re there to meet them. No other event provides access to so many highly quali ed, motivated Black students and professionals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience in all engineering disciplines.

The Annual Convention is the perfect place to recruit top talent from NSBE’s membership, and it also offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with our chapter of cers and national leaders. We invite you to partner with us for this important event. Your support will help provide participants with a rst- class convention and ensure that they leave with the information, tools and skills they need to take their education and careers to the next level.

In addition to events and activities geared toward undergraduates in engineering and other STEM elds, the NSBE Annual Convention includes three “mini-conferences” designed for our other membership demographics: pre-collegiate students, graduate students and technical professionals.

Thank for your interest in NSBE and our Fall Regional Conferences (FRCs). The FRCS provide your organization with the opportunity to source for candidates on a local level and help to achieve your fall recruitment needs.

Our Fall Regional Conferences provide education and technical training, as well as a forum for sharing information between collegiate, pre-collegiate, alumni and corporate representatives at the regional level. FRCs encourage academic excellence and professional development through various workshops, events and competitions.

Each FRC includes a Career Fair which allows companies, government agencies, small businesses, and colleges and universities to recruit top engineering talent from NSBE’s membership. FRCs are a great way to engage directly with qualified, motivated Black engineering students.

Space is limited. We encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot and one–or all– of our Fall Regional Conferences. We look forward to seeing you!
