Our Mission
To educate and destigmatize sexual health and sexually transmitted infections.
Our goal is to help students navigate the confusing world of sexual health by providing easily accessible sexual health education all in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
About Us
Our founder, Grace Stoops, started SHOO after she was diagnosed with Herpes Simplex Virus 1- a life long STI. Grace had ample support from the Pat Walker Health center but found that there were no resources available on campus that could support her or provide her with comprehensive sex education. After this experience, she founded SHOO to support those on the University of Arkansas campus.
