SENIOR TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Effectively negotiating with all parties involved in the transaction process on behalf of our client. Timely, consistently and accurately tracks all transaction activity in our REFLEX database system. Able to handle a high volume work load and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Educates and directs local real estate brokers, contractors and vendors to ensure project completion in a timely manner.

SENIOR FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Resolving the client’s property-related issues within their leased space using our work order process. Able to make clear, logical decisions on behalf of the client using the established guidelines. Maintains current and complete information in our REFLEX database system. Works with branch office, vendors, contractors, landlords, agents, internal co-workers and various other departments.

PORTFOLIO LEASE COORDINATOR
Responding to inquiries from the client regarding leased properties. Tracks all property-related critical dates and payables information. Accurately reviews abstracts and rent screens during rent approval process. Reviews invoices to ensure charges agree with lease requirements. Performs accurate analysis and interpretation of lease documents, including reconciliation of CAM, insurance and real estate taxes.

Many entry level associates will start their career off as any one of these 3 positions with a multitude of opportunities to move between various positions and accounts with exposure that can lead to project management, brokerage, and property management.
